PINOCCHIO

Thursday, May 15 at 7 PM
Friday, May 16 at 7 PM
Saturday, May 17 at 1 & 4 PM
Sunday, May 18 at 1 & 4 PM

Directed by Eyvo Johnson
Harford Dance Theatre, the same company that produces Harriet's Happiest Halloween, brings this childhood favorite from page to stage in a magical adaptation of Carlo Collodi's Pinocchio. Born from a talking piece of wood carved by Geppeto, the little wooden puppet encounters mischief around every turn as he meets up with shady characters like a sly fox, a mischievous cat, rockin' jail birds, tap dancing monkeys, and all sorts of bad boys. Ultimately, Pinocchio learns that only by being truthful, selfless, and kind to others can he realize his dream of becoming a real boy. Enjoy this energetic, fun-filled adventure - it's a must see for the entire family.

HCC is proud to partner with BGE to present this performance.

His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain's fall.
