This basic Yoga class will assist students of all levels to create a relaxed body and a peaceful state of mind by focusing on alignment principles in Yoga poses and breathing techniques. Props will be supplied to encourage the alignment of the body in Yoga postures. Modification for all poses will be offered so that all may benefit from this class. Bring a mat, bottled water, and a towel.

Reiki is an energy practice that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and helaing. Class sessions include practice in self-treatment and providing treatments for others. Students receive a certificate as a Reiki Level 1 Practioner. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a soft mat or comforter, a pillow and a big lunch.
Experience general level classes in the Wu Dong style of Tai Chi Chuan. Each class will start with a warm up designed to strengthen and stretch the body, followed by short exercises in Qi Gong. These exercises help to develop the deeper meditative side of Tai Chi. Footwork, balance, and coordination are developed by practicing the four basic stances of Chinese martial arts and the practice of walking Qi Gong. Will also do work with the form and push hands.
