The AAAI/ISMA Master Personal Trainer certification class ("Level 2")
builds upon the tools learned in the AAAI/ISMA Personal Fitness Trainer
program. The emphasis in this class is how to work safely and
effectively with people who have special needs or conditions such as
high blood pressure, diabetes, and arthritis to name a few. It is
recommended that people pass the AAAI/ISMA Personal Fitness Trainer class before taking the Master Trainer class.
Study the principles of strength conditioning, aerobic conditioning, and cross training. Learn fitness testing and how to determine body composition. Learn injury prevention and identification plus marketing, motivation, and designing individual fitness programs. Includes certification exam, which has a written and practical component, where you demonstrate safety techniques.
