A high school diploma or GED and three years
of customer service and/or administrative support experience are
required. Applicants must be proficient in a Windows-based
computer environment and be skilled in using MS Office programs,
internet, fax, and phone; have excellent communication skills;
and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
