The Dining Services Worker supports the College's Globe Café, Joppa Hall Café, APGFCU Arena concessions, and College catering as needed.  Tasks include preparing food upon request, acting as cashier when required, and performing other related duties. 

The work schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, generally 10 months per year during fall and spring semesters. 

Occasional weekend hours may be required.  The supervisor will determine the work schedule. 

A high school diploma or GED is required.  Previous food service, cashier and/or ServSafe Certification are preferred; however, training will be provided for entry-level workers.    Applicants must have strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.  Knowledge of health department regulations a plus. 

This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and to stand for extended periods of time.  Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
