Towson Café - HCC Campus

Hourly Rate Range:  $9.82 - $11.29
No Experience Required - Will Train

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HCC is seeking Dining Services Workers to support the Towson Café in the newly-constructed Towson University building adjacent to Harford Community College.  Tasks include preparing food upon request, acting as cashier, and performing other related duties. 

The work schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, to be scheduled Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when classes are in session.  The supervisor will determine the exact work schedule.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED is required.  No experience is required, training will be provided.  Previous food service and/or cashier experience preferred.  Candidates must be able to multi-task, follow written and verbal directions, and work as part of a team; have flexibility in scheduling; and be able to adhere to all health department and sanitation regulations and procedures.  This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and to stand for extended periods of time.

Any offer of employment at Harford Community College is contingent upon the results of a mandatory background screening.  Employees must submit within 30 days of hire official transcripts of all degrees earned.
