High school diploma or GED
and three to five years of work experience with a Maryland
Master HVAC license are required. Applicants must have
documented experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing
HVAC equipment; experience working in a commercial environment,
including knowledge of Building Automation/Energy Management
systems; be able to read, understand and follow OSHA workplace
safety practices; possess strong customer service and communication skills; and
be proficient in a
Windows-based computer environment. Flexibility in scheduling

least 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license with no
more than three points in order to drive college vehicles.
The successful applicant must have a Pool/Spa Operator license
or be willing to obtain one within one year of employment.
