High school diploma or GED
and three to five years of building maintenance work experience,
preferably in a multiple-building environment, are required.
Applicants must be proficient in working with wood, drywall,
paint, and power hand tools; and be able to read, understand and
follow OSHA workplace safety practices. Preference will be given to
applicants with large power tool/vehicle experience, such as
high reach and backhoe.
Applicants must be at
least 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license with no
more than three points in order to drive college vehicles.
The successful applicant must have a Pool/Spa Operator license
or be willing to obtain one within one year of employment.
