Registration and Records Associate

Starting Salary Range:  $34,651 - $39,849

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Registration and Records Associate performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, registering students;  entering and retrieving student, course and schedule data using the Banner information system; provides customer service to visitors, as well as by phone, mail and e-mail; performs general administrative duties including coordinating events and meetings, maintaining electronic calendars, and preparing correspondence, memos, reports and other documents; and performing other duties as assigned. 

This is a one-year, benefits-eligible, non-exempt staff position. 
 

 REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

An associate's degree and two or more years of related administrative and clerical experience is required; equivalent technical training, education, or experience may be considered.  Applicants must be proficient in a Windows-based computer environment, be able to maintain confidentiality as required by FERPA, and possess excellent organizational skills.  Preference will be given to applicants with Banner experience. 

Any offer of employment at Harford Community College is contingent upon the results of a mandatory background screening.  Employees must submit within 30 days of hire official transcripts of all degrees earned.
