A master's degree and three or more years of related experience
are required; equivalent education, technical training, and/or
experience may be considered. Applicants should have
experience supervising, scheduling, training and evaluating
staff, experience with graduation degree audits and related
computer systems, Banner preferred; and experience resolving
issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and
effectiveness of the office. The position requires
proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment; and
the ability to respond to stressful situation with high levels
and tact and positive communication.
